Her Cotswold home provides endless inspiration, from wild, expansive landscapes to remarkable private estates, but it is her understanding of people that truly shapes her work. Kerry believes the most memorable weddings aren't necessarily the ones with the most of everything, they're the ones where every detail has a reason to be there.

Away from the world of weddings, she’s a wife, mama, friend, lover of a good manicure and has a particularly serious weakness for anything metallic. Kerry also firmly believes that chocolate Hobnobs are the ultimate dunker, some things, after all, are simply not up for debate.
Meet Emilia, who brings a wealth of luxury hospitality and events experience to the team, having honed her skills in some of the most exciting names in the industry, including time at the wonderfully eclectic Soho Farmhouse.
Now an integral part of the team, Emilia is the kind of person you want beside you when the details really matter. Exceptionally organised, quietly efficient and always one step ahead, she has a natural talent for keeping even the busiest days running beautifully smoothly.
Small in stature. Mighty in organisation. An absolute force behind the scenes with an impressive ability to keep track of a thousand moving parts, a wonderfully calm approach and an eagle eye for anything that needs doing.
When she's not keeping our events on track, she's keeping the office in order too. In fact, we're fairly sure Emilia has a secret sixth sense for a messy desk.
Reliable, capable and endlessly helpful, Emilia is one of those people who makes everything around her work better and we're very lucky to have her.
Meet Rachel, Rachel is an absolute trooper when it comes to wedding days. Calm, capable and endlessly hardworking, she is the person you want by your side when the plans are in motion and there are a thousand things happening at once.
From keeping suppliers on schedule and making sure the team has everything they need, to solving the things before anyone else has even noticed them, Rachel is a hugely important part of what makes our events run so seamlessly.
And while she's keeping the wedding running like clockwork, she's also keeping us in tip-top condition. In fact, Rachel's unofficial title of Team Snack Queen is very much deserved.
When she's not working her magic on site, you'll usually find Rachel tending to her award winning allotment or riding around the countryside on her horse, which perhaps explains where she gets her endless energy.
Reliable, resourceful and always ready to roll up her sleeves, quietly making everything happen, keeping everyone going and doing it all with a smile. Quite simply, we couldn't do it without her.
